• Begin with lateral bands on, feet together, and toes pointed outwards at a 45 degree angle.
• Step out with the right foot into a sumo squat, keeping weight in heels and knees in line with toes.
• Power up through the heels bringing the right foot back to center with toes turned out.
• repeat on the left side
