Today we spent the morning making hundreds of homemade potstickers (side note: anyone else notice the new ? emoji?!) to bring to others during our holiday travels. We managed not to overstuff ourselves in the process but when it was all said and done we needed some fresh air. To our delight we found a cozy ramen house where we could unwind from a whirlwind of a week and organize last minute to-do lists before everything shuts down tomorrow. One thing that came up while breaking bread (or chopsticks in our case) was a desire to simplify in the year ahead and make room for more travel. I’m not sure how it will all pan out but one way we set our dreams and goals in motion is by writing them down on paper and talking them out together over a great meal. PS - I’m organizing all my photos from the Smithsonian Butterfly Garden Habitat and will hopefully have it ready by tomorrow! It was one if the most magical experiences and I’m so excited to share it!
