I’m OBSESSED with these resistance links!! Pre-Thanksgiving, post leg day challenge! Finish off with 100 linked-in mountain climbers in less than a min! I got to 93 😤😤! The added resistance is brutal and actually adds in some LOWER BODY to the core workout as well. The further away you get the more difficult! Keep your bums down - I was exhausted!
