This weekend me and @リア・クレイン coached workshops at the @youthclimbingsymposium . Our aim was to give the young climbers some insight into how we train, what we do when we go Climbing and show them some of the silly challenges we make up. After two busy days of running along and spinning around on volumes, doing cartwheels on the wall, demoing acro yoga and giving almost all of energy to the classes Leah said to me “do you think you could land back on the Top Hat after the jump?”. My eyes lit up, my brain ticked over and I jumped on the wall. I fell. We laughed. I got excited. It was possible. I fell again a few times. Getting closer and closer. Eventually I stick it. Our very last group of young climbers all clapped. A perfect demonstration of what me and @リア・クレイン get up to. We challenge each other and ourselves. We have fun. We laugh. We fail. And sometimes we succeed and manage to stick silly tricks like this ? .
