Quereis saber uno de los secretos para estar feliz? No Juzgar. Lo aprendi hace unos años y tener eso en tu mente constantemente hasta que lo cambias es algo en lo que todo el mundo deberia trabajar. Como lo hice yo? Siempre teniendo presente que no sabemos por lo que ha pasado la persona que tenemos enfrente para ser como es, y respetándola, tu puedes decidir si te gusta o no, si la quieres en tu vida o no, pero no emitas juicios de valor. En el momento que dejas de juzgar eres mas libre!! En serio, probarlo! Hay una charla en youtube que me gusta mucho y os la aconsejo, se llama “La vida es un espejo” de Enric Corbera.
