So here's a recent #fbf which brought up a question I'd love to hear opinions on. My beautiful wife @lisajamharris made probably my favorite meal for our family dinner the other evening. Catfish, Mac & Cheese, Cornbread, and her famous Greens. My daughter @bellabharris pitched in with her amazing Kale Salad. Needless to say I was in heaven?. Then Lisa asked which hot sauce? Crystal or Red Rooster? I grew up with Crystal but when Terry and I first visited LA and were living off the Golden Bird $2.99 4 Piece special, Red Rooster was the hot sauce of choice. I personally can roll with either. (I think I had Crystal with the meal, and Red Rooster for the next day leftovers). I know there's a million different local and regional hot sauces as well as Red Hot and good old Tabasco but between the two what's the choice?
