Photo by @taylorglenn // The view of Mt Kilimanjaro as our flight approaches Arusha, Tanzania. I have seen a lot of great photos of “Kili” but I was hoping to find a unique view of it. Turns out it was right out my window. Of all the photos I made during the trip this was my favorite of the famous volcano. I love how the clouds and high sun give it an ethereal and abstract quality. At 5,885m (19,341ft) it is the highest point on the African continent and every year thousands of adventurers travel to Tanzania with the hopes of reaching the summit. #africa #tanzania #kilimanjaro // Follow me @taylorglenn for more images of incredible mountains and landscapes around the globe
