Another only-for-LA addition to our @DominiqueAnselLA bakery menu: our Ruby Tart, with pomegranate seeds, lychee ganache, cherry jam, and almond frangipane inside a vanilla sablé tart shell. Reminds me of Dorothy’s ruby red slippers in The Wizard of Oz. There really is no place like home, and we’re excited to welcome you all to our new West Coast home soon.
