For dinner at @189bydominiqueansel, our Pull-Apart Sweet Corn “Elotes” Milk Bread, inspired by one of my favorite late night street foods in LA. Made with soft warm pull-apart milk bread filled with sweet corn purée, tasty served in a purple corn husk and topped with lots of Cotija cheese, chili, and a squeeze of lime to finish - it’s our way of breaking bread with family around the dinner table.
