Surprise: U.P. (Unlimited Possibilities) at @DominiqueAnselKitchen is BACK! And this time, the menu is savory and sweet, with our U.P. French Classics dinner with some of my favorite traditional French recipes. At U.P., we know that to explore the future is also about looking at the roots and classics. Think of it as a family dinner around the holiday table (if your family was French!): Tarte Flambée and Poireaux Vinaigrette (tender leeks in vinaigrette) to start, hearty 3-Day Cassoulet with duck confit, pork belly and garlic sausage. For dessert: French cakes from all different regions, like Gateaux Basque, St. Honoré, and more, plus cocktail and wine to go around and some surprises along the way.
