Most look at my body and judge it by its size. They see a wide back. They see a sweeping quad. They see only what their mind in the now allows.

I’ve prided myself on seeing beyond the physical form. I’ve nurtured my body to be a vessel of my message: what could you be when heart, mind, and body flow between what could be and is?

It can be a lonely road.
