Everyone starts as part of the herd. There is safety and security in numbers. As we grow older, some retreat inwards and embrace their anonymity. Others lose their way and fall behind. Then there are those who are compelled to break free. These people are the dreamers who dare to sacrifice security for the possibility of something more.

Without the herd I’ve suffered setbacks. Scars and assaults that could have been avoided by staying within my small circle. But here I am. Honored to stand before you as not just a bodybuilder.
