I actually got asked a really good questioned the other day..."how long did it take you to get where you are now with your fitness?"
The answer to that is... i've been training at the gym for 8 YEARS". I say I train 3-4 times per week but there is no way I have done that every week for 8 years straight! When I was younger I would go to the gym once a week if I felt like it. Then as I got stronger and fitter I would go more and more.
When I qualified as a person trainer I was at the gym a lot, trying out new things for my clients. Now at 26 years old, I go to the gym 4-5 times per week! :D. Life changes ladies, just do the best you can do with what you have and you'll be happy!! www.kaylaitsines.com/app
