Summer bodies are made in the winter, and stage bodies are made in the off season.
Just because you aren't stepping on stage in 12, 8, or 4 weeks doesn't mean you let your diet go.
You get more food, and perhaps can enjoy a meal out here and there but you still need to hit the right macros to bulk the right way! Simple and complex carbs like rice, avocado for healthy fat, chicken and lean beef for protein and the occasional protein ice, if you can fit it in your macros! Everything still needs to be measured and timed out for my goals as well. Just so you know this is food for a few days, and yes the ice cream still fits my diet.
