Can you imagine this being the norm? My kids would be thrilled! I believe that we can make this a reality. It'll take time, but I'm in it for the long haul. Heck, I've been doing SGS for the past 5 years and things are changing. Kale is in every grocery store now. Blenders take up an entire isle at Target. Vegan protein powders are huge sellers on Amazon. The world is shifting towards eating more plants and I cannot wait to see what can happen in the next 5 years. Drive through green smoothie + plant-based fast food restaurants in most cities?! Cars run on compost?! What do you think it'll be like? Dream with me!
