E’ ancora possibile negare il cambiamento climatico?
Prolungate siccità, violente alluvioni, tempeste e uragani sempre più intensi e sempre più violenti, ondate di calore sono all’ordine del giorno. Colpiscono le nazioni e le popolazioni più deboli ma anche ciascuno di noi.
Per questo abbiamo una responsabilità importante: rispettare l’ambiente, rispettare la stagionalità del cibo e preferire materie prime locali, non sprecare l’acqua.
Sono orgoglioso di sostenere le numerose organizzazioni che, attraverso campagne e progetti, si battono affinché il cambiamento climatico sia al centro del dibattito politico. Tra queste @slowfood_international e la campagna #MenuForChange.
Tutti insieme possiamo fare molto, è urgente e abbiamo il dovere di provarci. ?? How is it still possible to deny climate change?
Prolonged droughts, violent floods, increasingly intense and violent storms and hurricanes as well as heat waves are very common these days. They strike the weakest nations and communities, but also each one of us.
We each have an important role to play: respect the environment, consume seasonal foods, buying local produce and not waste water.
I’m proud to support the many associations which, through campaigns and projects, strive to put climate change at the center of the political debate. For example @slowfood_international and the campaign #MenuForChange
Together we can do a lot, it’s urgent and we have a duty to try.
