#yogaeverydamnday - Day 22! First off, check out LL Cool Baby in her off-the-shoulder bathingsuit (it has sharks on it!) with her hair standing straight up after swimming in big waves with her daddy. At one point he held his arms straight up in the air as a wave washed over him with her little body grazing the white water - I had a minor (major) heart attack. But all is well and she will probably learn how to surf as soon as she learns how to walk?
Practice today was good; not super sweaty but super needed. Its so much easier for me to get to class here at home compared to in Sweden - i just drive the three minutes to the studio and I'm there for the day. Today I got to burn through my inbox and work on our teacher training manual. One month until I lead our first 200-hour training at @island.yoga !??❤️ It's Election Day here in Aruba so a special vibration in the air. Just saw the first numbers from the our neighborhood come in and 93% of people voted! So amazing.
