What a day. Angry as hell and worked 13 hours. Took one yoga class. Led one dynamic meditation session. Drank coffee. Forgot to eat lunch. Recorded two podcasts - one for this week about The Flight From Hell and the hilarity of how we traveled back home... And one with @trevorhallmusic !??❤️ Ended the day by leading Satsang. Journaling and sharing. Lots of love. There is so much love in my day. And this girl! This girl. Fought me for 30 minutes to fall asleep - she acts like it's the end of the world when nap time rolls around. Maybe it is! If every moment is all we have... Shouldn't we be awake for it?
She's sleeping now. I barely saw her all day. Could be feeling guilty about that but I'm too tired.
Right now... I'm oddly content. Feeling my feelings. Thank you all for always holding space for me to be❤️ #community
