Dear every #bbg girl ever, this has been a long time coming... I think it's time I say sorry to you. I have done this workout so many times, I've been training for 6 years, I've felt ALL sorts of workout pain in my life time... but nothing .. NOTHING compares to BBG week 9 legs hahhaha?. ?(I'm laughing as I write this) For the #bbgcommunity who HAVE done week 9 legs, you know what I'm talking about !! ?? 1️⃣ 20 snap jump - knee up
2️⃣ 15 double bench jump
3️⃣ 15 knee up (per side)
4️⃣ 20 180 jump squat ➖
5️⃣ 15 med ball squat and press
6️⃣ 20 x hop
7️⃣ 20 split squats
8️⃣ 20 jump lunges
Set a timer for 7 mins and do the first exercises (1-4) over and over again until the timer runs out.
Set a 7 minute timer and repeat this with exercises 5-8.
Both 7 minute circuits X2 = 28 mins!
