one from our last morning in gotland- I snuck away with a pot of hot black @kingsrowcoffee coffee, one of our gorgeous workshop partners, and a thick slice of @Linda Lomelino chocolate cake - into the now silent dining room of our old farmhouse, light flooding through the tall southern faced windows making patterns on the limewashed walls- were it not for the cake I could have thought the entire thing merely a dream. But this story is now part of my longer story, woven tightly and boldly into the fabric of my being - not one to be soon forgotten and certainly one to be revisited in moments where inspiration is needed or the story goes a bit thread bare

but this morning I sit on another runway - off to celebrate another story - one longer and deeper than most. it is our love story nearly twelve years long and punctuated with markers along the way - yesterday marking four years since we stood with our family and friends around us and were married by a lake in vermont- we are off to celebrate this story in New Orleans - another thread in the story before us
