Wednesday: Biscuits & Gravy (the American and not the British variety ?) with eggs, a fresh mango smoothie, literally just a mango, ice and lime juice and a cup of Oolong tea ?? I have an absolutely wonderful recipe for biscuits in my book too!

Mark and I have got a busy few weeks ahead of us! Ill be doing a book signing and talk in Hong Kong on the 17th Sept ??(details soon!) I'll be doing a giveaway for tickets to this years BBC Good Food Feast in the Moat at the Tower of London (22-24th Sept, more details tomorrow! ??) We'll be visiting Amsterdam ??to eat our body weight in cheese and Paris ??for more cheese and then FINALLY going on our honeymoon ? around some islands in Thailand ???? ? #symmetrybreakfast
