Sunday: Ricotta, lemon and olive oil cakes (the recipe was in yesterday's Guardian Cook by @rachelaliceroddy) unfortunately I left my ciambellone cake pan in London, so made individual doughnuts instead, with Greek yoghurt, almonds and frozen raspberries ?? the only change I made was using some rather beautiful variegated green and yellow lemons that were pink inside! Wonderful stuff ???
