Sometimes these riceless rolls come pre-wrapped and ready to go at Whole Foods or your local grocery store in the fresh seafood section. If not, try asking the chef to skip the rice and wrap it in rice paper or cucumber! Take your fave fish and add some veggies and fats like avocado!!
