When this goof ball died, I thought my life would never recover. I thought I would forever be broken, alone, devestated. It was through the help of so many loving humans and animals that I was able to start to heal. I am still broken, losing the Granite Mountain Hotshots will forever leave a massive hole in my heart. The Granite Mountain Hotshots live forever in us, they live forever in our good deeds, they live forever in their children, parents, widows and the alumni. May they continue to inform our lives. This is a photo of Eric in NC while the crew was on assignment. We will forever mourn them, we will forever love them, we will forever honor them.
