INGREDIENTS : ▪ capsule of Grand Cru Rosabaya de Colombia ▪ ice cubes ▪ 3 cl / 1 oz of cranberry syrup ▪ crushed ice ▪ lemonade

MATERIALS : ▪ Shaker ▪ Tall Recipe glass (350 ml / 12 oz)

PREPARATION : ▪ Prepare a Rosabaya de Colombia and pour it in the shaker with 2 ice cubes ▪ Shake your coffee ▪ Pour 3 cl / 1 oz of cranberry syrup in a cold recipe glass ▪ Fill the glass with crushed ice and then pour some lemonade into the glass (2/3 of the glass) ▪ Gently pour the chilled Rosabaya de Colombia into the glass (to get a nice layer on top pour your espresso on the back of a spoon) ▪ Decorate the top as desired
