Blessed doesn't even come close to how incredible this past year has been for me my darlings. My 30th year on this beautiful planet has been so incredibly life changing, affirming and enlightening and I am beyond thankful for the opportunities I have worked so hard for. My mother and I both survived cancer/s, my sons mental health diagnosis is finally underway to support him with full time care within education for his autism, I have a beautiful new fur baby Rupert our kitten, have filmed multiple primetime TV shows across the UK Sweden and America, my second movie, placed as a Tattoo Muscle Model at my first natural bodybuilding contest, have been on Playboy twice this year, now write for my third national publication and am soon to host the UK Glamour Awards in London whilst raising my two incredible children alone. I share my life on social media with the world to inspire, encourage and empower my 2.6million followers to stay true to yourself, embrace natural beauty, work hard and reach for the stars. But what you don't see is the sheer power of the people who surround me, the friends who share champagne with me, call me at 5am for a chat, turn up at my door with a takeaway, hug my children, plan secret escapes away with me and have painstakingly patiently rebuilt my self esteem and confidence after finally escaping 10 long years as a domestic abuse victim - I cannot thank the police officers and women's aid enough. To the very special souls I love, lust and laugh with - thank you.
