“This photo brings me back to my first experience of a signal 8 typhoon in Hong Kong. My cousin David, @davidchengg on Instagram, and I decided that instead of staying dry indoors, we wanted to experience the full effects of the raging storm outside. It was pouring and all the shops on the streets were closed. The empty street made it perfect for photography.” Victor Cheng, @veeceecheng on Instagram, may have moved to Hong Kong to work as an Art Director, but he never lost his affinity for travel.
