“I wanted to photograph the lights at Shinjuku, Tokyo. At that moment I found a taxi and went behind it, to use it as my foreground. My favourite part of the image is the background blur and how the lights reflect on the roof of the cab in a vibrant glow. The perspective of the EF50mm f/1.8 STM and the bokeh it creates makes it an indispensable part of my setup.
