Good morning!!! Today i could 't wake up to go to the gym lol i stayed in bed?‍♀️ But! As soon as Israel comes back from his gym, i'll go! I try to go in the early morning because i like to begin the day feeling i worked out, but with a baby you gotta be flexible, the important thing is to not make excuses and go even if it's in another hour! Come girls!! We gotta have motivation!! I'm getting ready some fitness programs that you WILL LOVE! Where i explain all what i do, and what you can do, even if it's at home! I'll keep you posted, they are coming very soon!

Buenos dias!!! Hoy no podia levantarme de la cama para ir al gym?‍♀️ Pero en cuanto Israel lelgue de entrenar ire! Siempre trato de ir por la mañana porque me gusta empezar el dia sabiendo que ya entrene, pero teniendo un bebe una tiene que ser flexible. Lo importante es intentar no ponerte excusas e ir, aunque sea en otro momento o entrenar en la casa! Vamos girls! Hay que motivarnos!! Que sepais que estoy preparando unos programas de entrenamiento que vais a adorar! Ahi esta todo explicado lo que hago, como lo hago etc etc os ire contando mas, pero estaros atentas que llegan pronto!!
