Meal prepping yourselves can definitely save you money but I just want to make a valid point that it is NOT necessary and you that you don't have cook or live out of Tupperware to pursue a healthy lifestyle ?? All of my clients have the option of meal prepping but I also work with their schedule and lifestyle to create something that REALISTICALLY fits into their lives.
