Easiest, freshest summer dinner ever. For my Summer Garden Pasta, I marinate cherry tomatoes, basil and garlic in olive oil for four hours, then boil a pound of angel hair pasta (it cooks in only THREE minutes!), and add it to the tomatoes with lots of freshly grated Parmesan cheese.
