These yummy Crab Cakes will have your guests wanting seconds! Recipe below:

Ingredients

imitation crab 8 ounces [, coarsely chopped]
mayonnaise 4 Tablespoons
mustard 1 Tablespoon [, dijion]
black pepper 1/2 teaspoon
parsley 3 Tablespoons [, chopped]
water 1 ounce
eggs 2 whole [, beaten]
cooking oil 2 Tablespoons
breadcrumbs 4 ounces
Hoisin Sauce 1 Tablespoon

Directions
In a small bowl, combine Hoisin Sauce and water (hoisin dipping sauce). Microwave for one minute. Set aside.
Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl.
Cut mixture into six equal parts and form mixture into patties.
Pan fry each side until golden brown.
Serve with hoisin dipping sauce.
