Mushrooms, Beef, and Hoisin Sauce make for a yummy meal! Recipe:

Ingredients

Button mushrooms , cleaned and sliced 8 oz
Cornstarch 1 Tbsp
Cooking oil 2 Tbsp
Sherry , dry 2 Tbsp
Beef , cut into strips 8 oz

Seasoning Mix

PANDA BRAND™ Oyster Flavored Sauce 1 Tbsp
Hoisin select 2 Tbsp

Directions
1. Rub beef with 1 tbsp Panda Oyster Flavored Sauce and 1 tbsp cornstarch. Set aside.
2. In a heated pan with oil, stir fry beef until about half way done.
3. Add dry sherry and button mushrooms and cook for another 3 minutes.
4. Pour in 2 tbsp Hoisin Sauce and cook mixture until heated through.
