Everyone, meet Sarah (hiii @sarah8204 ??) Sarah & I have been working together for just over a year now (please swipe right to see just how much of a transformation this has been!) & I thought I'd share a few learnings from my journey with her ?? I never like to put emphasis on aesthetic based results, that is secondary to training with performance based goals. If you really want to change, it takes more than hard work. It takes commitment, dedication and belief. Knowing that if you have one bad day. It doesn't ruin all of your hard-work. It's about consistency and knowing where you want to go. And so much more. I'm so proud of what we have managed to achieve, so thank-you @sarah8204 for sharing this adventure with me. I can't wait to find out what we discover next!
