Every year hundred and hundreds of hot air balloon pilots and their crews descend upon Albuquerque for this balloon festival in early October when the "Albuquerque Box" is perfect for ballooning. It is the largest hot air balloon festival in the world and it is a lot of fun for the whole family to see such an amazing sight. Each morning the "dawn patrol" starts the festival with hundred and hundreds of balloons taking off simultaneously. #albuquerque #hotairballoonfestival #newmexico
