#SustainableSwaps Challenge ? My favourite documentaries! ? I figured it's no use me recommending you making changes to your lifestyle without explaining WHY ? So this weeks challenge is all about education. I challenge you to switch your usual TV habits for watching a documentary. I bloody love documentaries and they are a great way to learn in an easy to digest accessible way. So, which ones do I recommend? ➡️ Racing Extinction (my favourite ever!) ➡️ A Plastic Ocean ➡️ Chasing Coral ✅ These are my top three but some other good ones include: Cowspiracy, Blackfish & Forks Over Knives. And the movie Okja is entertaining but educational too! ? Hopefully tuning into one or more of these will provide you with buckets of motivation to make small sustainable swaps ?
