My good friend @justinbaldoni (swipe right to see his vid) asked me to be a part of a project with the mission of exploring and seeking to redefine what it means to "be a man" in today's world.
For those of you that know me, this topic has been a passion of mine for the past few years. Thinking outside of what society tells us we are supposed to do and how we are supposed to behave as men is critical for us to be our happiest, healthiest selves and to be the best people that we can be.

This is a conversation that I wish I'd been apart of much earlier in my life. I believe it would've saved me a lot of pain, allowed me to be more supportive of the people in my life (and especially to the women in my life), and could've put me on my journey to living as my best, fullest self years earlier.
Justin, I appreciate your passion for doing good, your kindness, and your boldness in stepping into these vulnerable and difficult conversations. Your passion for learning and openness is inspirational to me. I'm excited to dig into the messiness of this conversation and continue learning and growing with you.
