Princess Alexandra has visited The Robert Jones and Agnes Hunt Orthopaedic Hospital (RJAH) to open their new Theatre and Oncology Building.

As well as meeting a number of staff and patients, HRH also presented the inaugural Dame Agnes Hunt Nursing Medal to Sister Glenna Hardy, who has worked at the RJAH for 28 years.

Before departing, Princess Alexandra unveiled a sculpture in tribute to Percy the Peacock, the popular hospital Peacock.
