Pretty much sums up my life.
Heritage, matcha, avocados, peonies, my Grandfather's artwork. It's important to know your role in this world. I kept writing books on clean eating, I tried to fit in... I always stood out. My Japanese upbringing was always me, it took me many years to feel this.
Ask yourself, what do you offer the world. Be of service to others. Make great use of your precious time. My sister reminds me, learn from your mistakes and don't repeat them. I have much to learn.
