Later, Trump is seen patting Putin on the back.⠀

At a formal meeting on Friday, the pair was expected to discuss a number of foreign-policy issues, including the conflicts in Syria and Ukraine.⠀

During a news conference in Poland on Thursday, Trump declined to accept the conclusion by several American intelligence agencies that Russia meddled in his favor in the 2016 election. Trump said it could have been Russia, but that other countries could have interfered, too.⠀
