A skywatcher named Illenia, pictured here, believes she has seen a UFO. She tells TIME: "I don’t know whether it was a sphere or a disk, but it was flying at a very high speed and it glowed with a soft light. It fluctuated like a balloon, but it has its own proper intelligence.”⠀
