Princess Diana's children, Princes William and Harry, honored their mother on July 1, 2017, on what would have been her 56th birthday. Kensington Palace said in a statement that the private service—attended by her family and conducted by the Archbishop of Canterbury—was held to rededicate her grave at Althorp House. Diana, along with companion Dodi Fayed and a driver, was killed in a high-speed car crash while fleeing paparazzi nearly 20 years ago in Paris.
