Ibiza, it's been a pleasure ☀️ What an incredible week. This is the most relaxed I've been in over two years. I don't know about you guys but I often get overwhelmed by the sheer quantity and intensity of my workload. I usually cope with this by just working harder and longer. But this isn't sustainable. We are human and we have our limits. On this trip, I've actually switched off. No vlogging. No blogging. No emails. I've only opened my laptop once and it felt fantastic. For the first few days I admittedly got a bit anxious as I'm so used to being "on it". Taking a step back was scary, as silly as that sounds ? But it was exactly what I needed and I'm so SO glad I did it. Not only was I truly able to enjoy my holiday, this beautiful island and quality time with my friends. But I was able to give myself some real headspace. Time to think. To absorb. To reflect. And I'm coming back feeling not only more motivated, but more grateful than ever before. I'm truly at peace and I'm ready to return to the UK and spread some positive vibes ??
