Today marks the shortest day of the year in the Southern Hemisphere. As the rain falls down upon us in the cederberg, we all look forward to warmer dryer days on the horizon. Here is a rock formation I stumbled upon the other day. I was blown away by the beauty of the patterns and how it was so reminiscent of a beautiful #sunset over a #mountain landscape, not too different from the ones we get here. The blacks even remind me of an abundance of birds flying off into the distance. #photography
