STARTING PHOTO- 215lbs. Not easy to share but here we go.
After months of traveling, dieting and INJURIES I'm getting back on track! I haven't been thIs weak since high school. ------------------------------------------- ---------Starting my 12 week strength series on YouTube. I will be uploading 4 videos a week. Following the BIG program (LINK IN BIO to signup) along with hundreds of other people for 12 weeks. My goal is to increase my overall strength as well as increase muscle mass and decrease body fat( by 2%). I'm following the carb cycle outlined in the BIG program in hopes to Increase Strength while decreasing body fat! Those two things usually don't happen at the same time but since I'm coming off lifting only 2-3 days a week I'm hoping I can do both! This is the first time I've ever done a strength phase on YouTube so Make sure to subscribe and turn notifications on.
