Hi my loves! Have you ever heard of Cool Sculpting? I recently tried it at a Sydney clinic - @cosmosclinic and shared a bit of my experience on Snapchat for those who follow me! I just want to share a little more about my session!
Cool Sculpting is a Non-Invasive treatment that freezes your fat cells, these fat cells then die and are naturally processed and removed from the body. I was very interested in this as it specifically targets those STUBBORN (😠) fat cells that sometimes sit around a certain area, and is very common in women and men to have this. I have always found it difficult to lose the fatty tissue at the back of my arms, no matter how many exercises I do, so when they told me this could work without any surgery I was interested to try!
This is by NO means a replacement for hard work and a good diet. I train extremely hard and have done for many years, and I look after my body. This simply helps reduce the % of fat cells by over 25% for the rest of your life 👌🏻I will share my before and after soon!
