Growing up in LA, I listened to country music and craved the slow paced life they sang about. Where family gathers in the backyard to sip on sweet tea and kids run around with the farm animals.

Living on 1/3 acre with neighbors on both sides, hasn't stopped us from turning our backyard farm dreams into reality.

Over the years, we have added more and more veggies to our garden. Now my favorite things to grow are kale and cauliflower— I never thought I could do it, but even the chickens approve.
