FULL LEG WORKOUT ?? I squeezed in a cheeky leg sesh in between teaching at @un1t_fulham this morning. This workout is a killer. I was covered in sweat and my legs were shaking by the end ? ➡️ Banded activation ➡️ Superset: 12 KB sumo deadlifts & 15 KB swings - x4 ➡️ Bulgarian split squats - drop sets (8 reps with weight then immediately 8 reps without weight) - x3 ➡️ Superset: 10 Step ups each leg & 10 lateral lunges each leg - x 3 ➡️ Triset: 10 Reverse lunges each leg & 12 RDL & 30 second wall sit (push through heels and lift toes off the floor) - x3 ➡️ Finisher: 45 seconds on, 15 seconds off, 3 rounds: Standing banded sidesteps & lying banded hip thrust pulses ?
