It's been a little over four weeks since my ankle injury, and I feel lucky to be getting back so early. There are a few key factors that have helped; voodoo flossing, spelling the alphabet every day, and pushing my mobility parameters with light stretching. But honestly I think the biggest difference has been pure rest. Bringing my @pranamat massage set to #Yosemite helped a ton because I was able to focus on repairing my body in other ways while my ankle did its thing. My neck and back have thanked me for it - I felt productive just laying down on the pressure-point lotuses. This mat is officially part of my repair repertoire! ??
