The Queen visits Drapers' Hall, marking the 70th Anniversary of HM’s admission to the Freedom of the Company on 20th May 1947.

Founded over 650 years ago, the Drapers’ Company is incorporated by Royal Charter and is one of the 12 Great Livery Companies in London.

The Queen was following in her father George VI's footsteps, who became a Draper himself in 1919.
